GE Healthcare has coordinated special 3 course menus that meet compliance guidelines at several great restaurants in Chicago during RSNA. To get started, browse participating restaurants, view their special menus, and request a reservation for your group.

MAKING A RESERVATION

1. Complete this form to request a reservation at any of the restaurants listed below.
2. Confirmation of your reservation will be sent within one (1) business day from Toque & Bottle.

LARGE PARTY (15+ PEOPLE) RESERVATIONS

1. Dinners for 15-39 people can book through the Dine Around program. Only specific restaurants are available for reservations this size. You can find these locations on the Dine Around website.

2. Dinners or receptions with 40-60 people: 
     a. Choose a venue from the GE Reservations Portal.
     b. Enter a reservations request using the same protocol.
     c. Add the expected party size and any other needs into the notes section.
     d. A representative from Toque and Bottle will contact you for support.
     e. Toque and Bottle can provide staffing and planning support for additional fees.

DINING EXPERIENCE AND FOLLOW UP

1. Arrive 15-30 minutes prior to your reservation time and check in with restaurant.
2. Enjoy dinner, please do not deviate from the special menu and wine list that are provided as a tool to help you stay within GE Sunshine Act compliance requirements. 
3. Pay the bill and fill out the attendee report. Please use your GE credit card, the bill includes tax and gratuity.  
4. Reconcile your bill and attendee list in Concur post RSNA. The dine around team WILL NOT provide an attendee list post event.

Acanto Restaurant + Wine Bar - Italian Fare & Award-Winning Wine Program Across From Millennium Park. Acanto is the ideal destination for those who appreciate authentic Italian cuisine together with an inviting dining experience in a conversation-friendly atmosphere. Barrio - Located in the heart of River North, DineAmic Hospitality’s first Mexican restaurant, Barrio, is a creative take on traditional Mexican fare with American influences.

Carnivale - Experience award-winning pan-Latin cuisine and craft cocktails at Chicago's most unique and colorful restaurant.

The Dawson - River West’s Spacious Destination For Globally-Inspired Fare & Acclaimed Cocktails. The Dawson is an expansive indoor/outdoor, multi-level dining space that boasts one of Chicago's top covered and heated patios, offering an exceptional experience for groups of all sizes right in the heart of the city.

Francois Frankie - American Brasserie and Carousel Bar brings downtown a new kind of French sophistication. Menu highlights include salmon and ribeye.

The Gage - Iconic Michigan Avenue Gastropub. The Gage has become a perennial favorite of locals and visitors alike for over fifteen years by effortlessly blending European influence with American style. Il Porcellino - A neighborhood restaurant offering classic Italian-American comfort food in a casual setting. Their seasonal menu focuses on housemade pastas, vegetable antipasti and daily specials, all crafted with ingredients sourced from quality artisans, purveyors and local farmers.

Osteria Via Stato - An authentic Italian Restaurant in the heart of Downtown Chicago.

Shaw's (Only available for groups of 10 or more) - Shaw’s Crab House is a Chicago institution that boasts a selection of seafood with a longstanding commitment to offering top quality ingredients since 1984. Shaw’s sources daily catches flown in from coast-to-coast by working directly with fishermen and farmers.

Taureaux Tavern - An elevated yet inviting French-inspired restaurant and bar in the heart of Chicago’s Loop neighborhood featuring a multi-season, louvered Veranda. The lunch and dinner menus feature classic cocktails, a curated wine list, and French-inspired dishes.

Tortoise Supper Club - Tortoise Supper Club is a metropolitan Supper Club serving Steaks, Chops & Fresh Seafood. Featuring craft cocktails & live Jazz on Friday and Saturday nights. (Not available 11/26).

Wildfire - Located in the heart of Chicago just blocks from Michigan Avenue, the first Wildfire Restaurant opened in 1995. They focus on steaks, chops and seafood.
