GE Healthcare Compliance Rules

Please Review: Compliance Policy for Dine Around

- AST only needed for a dinner when there is a HCP speaker. 

- Healthcare providers residing in MA and VT are required to purchase their own meals.

- Meal spend for dinner is not to exceed $125 per person for food and beverages (inclusive of tax and gratuity).

- All restaurants part of the Dine Around program meet this requirement. 

- Splitting among GE employees is permitted. 

- HCP attending must be properly accounted for in Concur. 

- No spouses are allowed to attend any dinners or activities.
